چکیده
Outsourcing is recognized as a strategic instrument for companies to move towards diversified operation advantages and efficient global market. However, outsourcing agreements may fail due insufficient risk consideration evaluation. This requires an effective evaluation approach that necessitates entire comprehension of the system, its requirements dimensions. paper proposes novel fuzzy group multiple-criteria decision-making through integrating triangular hesitant sets (TFHS), Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) combined compromise solution (CoCoSo) algorithm. (F-FMEA-CoCoSo, henceforth) analyzes evaluates possible risks level alternative providers. It hereby provides measurable information managers according linguistic opinions industrial experts. Utilization variables allows decision making participants state their opinion more precisely. A case study Iranian chemical company used exemplify applicability suitability proposed F-FMEA-CoCoSo approach. The model reflects analytical while experts are experiencing considerable uncertainty in risky conditions operations. CoCoSo contains integrated solutions utilization enables investigators assure results reliability which proven via sensitivity analysis. Through this study, we found providers must consider four key-factors: multi-experts, multi-criteria, multi-uncertainties measurability.

Interval-Valued Hesitant Fuzzy Method based on Group Decision Analysis for Estimating Weights of Decision Makers
In this paper, a new soft computing group decision method based on the concept of compromise ratio is introduced for determining decision makers (DMs)' weights through the group decision process under uncertainty. In this method, preferences and judgments of the DMs or experts are expressed by linguistic terms for rating the industrial alternatives among selected criteria as well as the relativ...

متن کاملA fuzzy group decision making approach to construction project risk management
Implementation of the risk management concepts into construction practice may enhance the performance of project by taking appropriate response actions against identified risks. This research proposes a multi-criteria group decision making approach for the evaluation of different alternative response scenarios. To take into account the uncertainties inherent in evaluation process, fuzzy logic i...
متن کاملA fuzzy group decision making approach for bridge risk assessment
This paper proposes a fuzzy group decision making (FGDM) approach for bridge risk assessment. The FGDM approach allows decision makers (DMs) to evaluate bridge risk factors using linguistic terms such as Certain, Very High, High, Slightly High, Medium, Slightly Low, Low, Very Low or None rather than precise numerical values, allows them to express their opinions independently, and also provides...
متن کاملFuzzy Group Decision Making Approach for Ranking Work Stations Based on Physical Pressure
This paper proposes a Fuzzy Group Decision Making approach for ranking work stations based on physical pressure. Fuzzy group decision making approach allows experts to evaluate different ergonomic factors using linguistic terms such as very high, high, medium, low, very low, rather than precise numerical values. In this way, there is no need to measure parameters and evaluation can be easily ma...
